Arrow Navman Pin GPS remotely?

My Ipaq 4350 was stolen last week, and I am thinking of replacing it with a Navman PIN.
Question to anyone who can answer this:
If your Navman PIN GPS is locked in, can you "track" it remotely (eg. online on the computer) to see where it is? Is this possible?
Only reason I ask is that if this PDA gets stolen, and someone else trys to use the GPS, will I be able to track it down.... ?
thanks in advance...

Welcome to out forums.
It's not trackable because it's a receiver not a transmitter.
