Text file called "Navman"

Running Navman 4410 with iPaq hx4700.

What's the 50KB text file called "Navman" for?

Where is it located?

If I go to My Computer > Mobile Device on my PC when the hx4700's in the cradle, I see the My Pocket PC icon, seven folders and a text file called Navman.

Type is Text Document, location is \My Documents and size is 50.0KB. If I right-click it and try to delete it, I get cannot delete: sharing violation - source or destination file may be in use.

Reason for the query is (a) maybe this is the reason for the one unresolveable file I get on every synchronisation, and (b) in any case, wtf is it?
