Navman reciever and Tomtom ?

Hi all
I was thinking of using the Navman 4400 receiver with my Tomtom 3 and Palm T3. Is this possible and if so how much for just the receiver on its own?

Should work without any problems.
The receivers are still a bit pricey on their own though.
