Post Code Problems

Hi All
Just purchased my first sat nav- Navman iCN500- Downloaded the updates and installed OK.

But, all the post codes I have tried so far are coming up as "Not found", also I cannot enter my own home address as our house number is not shown as an option.

Any suggestions please?

Welcome to our forums.
The only thing I can find about it is to rebuild the contents of the SD card. The instructions are in the Customer Support section on the Navman site. Or you could call their support team on 01293 780 500.

Have you updated the navman software? there is a patch on the navman website and that added better house numbering to the unit. With the postcode you must include the space (which is a pain...)
