Question Navman 4100 compatible with Palm/TDK Blue 5?

I am looking for GPS for Golf Game Tracking. I don't need Navigation Software so a Navman 4100 receiver linked to a Palm seems a possible solution.

Currently running Intelligolf software (has GPS capability) on a Palm Vx and think that a TDK Blue5 Bluetooth clip-on would provide link to the Navman 4100.

Does anyone have any views on the technical issues, suggestions or experience in any of these devices or using Intelligolf with GPS.

Thanks in anticipation.

Regards

Question

Charlie - Thanks for your various replies to other posts.

As you will see from my other posts I have a Palm Tungsten T5 but also own a Palm Vx. The T5 is not currently compatible with The Navman 4000 series (yet).

I currently use the Palm Vx with Intelligolf software which has GPS capability.
So whilst I wait for the Navman Software up-issue for the Palm Tungsten T5.
Could I look at buying a TDK Blue5 (a Bluetooth clip-on) for the Palm Vx.

Sorry to be a pain but are there any technical reasons why this setup would not work.

Regards

Beano

The Blue5 will have no problems working with the Vx but to be honest I have no idea if the Navman will work with the Blue5 and Intelligolf. What GPS drivers are included with it?
