Unhappy Navman - Anyone ever had a reply?

Has anyone ever had a reply from Navman or Navman-Europe?

I have posted requests for information (via their website) so that I can purchase. Except for an automated, numbered acknowledgement. Even to a follow up message, I have yet to receive an answer.

Anyone else had any sucess as it makes you wonder. If I already owned one of this company's products and I wanted some support how would I get it!!

Views or a method of getting service from this company would be welcome.

I have just checked and received two answers, to questions regarding suitability with Palm Tungsten T5.

No immediate support sofware for the T5, Available later in the year.

It appears they are listening and answering (eventually)

Angry Navman Poor Customer Service

I have also tried many times to make contact with navman regarding problems with their products via email and as yet not recieved a reply.
Its allways the same. When buying a product they fall over themselves to sell it to you but allways very poor on service.
I am also having same problems with route66. Customer service is very poor.

Welcome to our forums.
Call Navman on the number posted above. Their support is very good in my opinion.
Have you emailed Route66 also?
