Navman Or Garmin

hi people looking to buy a sat nav but dont know which one to get .
The two which im keen on are the Navman 520 or the garmin 320 does any on have any advice because all the shops tell me diffrent things each timeaswell whats the diffrence between the garmin 310 and garmin 320.
