Default navman icn 550 - NOOB - HELP please (software ) speed cams

hello people. i got a 2nd hand navman icn 550, i have noticed that all the maps are pre installed on it, works brilliant BUT their are NO speed cameras on it. Does anybody know how to add speed cameras onto it please. I can plug it into the copmuter and browse the 4gig hard drive using activesync. But i totally have no clue on how to get the speeds cams on it.

many thanks for all your help

thank you very much for your reply. do you know where to get the database from please m8. preffribly for free?.

and also when you say just add them to your maps folder, i dont see a map folder while browsing my icn 550 on my pc.

i have loads of points of interest already on my 550 i can see them going to Main menu> Preferences > Maps > Points of interest ( i see loads of stuff here such as beaches, garages ect)

when i use active sync to browse the files on my pci 550, i dont see where MAPS are. any suggestions thanks
