Updates for F20

Hi all,
I just got my F20 and Its great, how can I tell if it has the latest software?
It states in the about it has build 4.10.1025 dated 2006-11-10;

I notice theres a -
Navman F20 update releases 22 - January - 2007 SP1 for F20
Should I update to this?
