difficulty with registration

I have registered 4 times with Navman site and each time have been told that registration was successful. However, when I try to access PIN security I am told the unit is not registered. Any idea how I can sort this out ?

I have had the same problem with my Navman s90i, when I rung Navman they told me that it was my email address that it did not like ( I was using AOL), so I made a hotmail account which is free to do and when I registered with that email it worked fine. I hope this solves your problem.
