Navman s50 Volume

Hi All,

Can someone help me, When I have my Navman connected to my phone by bluetooth the volume is really low, I've adjusted my volume to max on the Navman and my phone, has anyone any suggestionss, the caller can hear me clearly but I can only hear a whisper, any suggestions please
