Question orange m1000 active sync problems

Is anyone else having problems with the orange m1000 syncing to full outlook via activesync version 3.7.1 ( as supplied by orange)

Inbox comes across as normal but calendar and contacts dont come through from the connected Pc

I am using the normal usb cradle and supplied software.

The contacts that were on the sim card are ok - just the contacts from outlook are missing.

When the phone syncs it says that there is contacts and appointments being synced they just dont arrive on the M1000

Is this a problem with they way i have set it up or is this a 'planned' feature of the phone?

thanks

I'm not really sure since it's the Orange branded model....speak with their customer services about it.
