Welcome to our forums.
I can't find anything about this. Have you spoken to Orange customer service about it?

I have the same problem. I phoned orange and they said I had a software bug. They told me to do a full reset. Which involves unscrewing the stylus tip and replace the stylus in the holder. Hold the reset button in with the stylus tip and press the power button. Then lift the stylus out of the holder an put it back in. Which sound difficult
Problem is I have that much stuff on the phone (Tom Tom Navigator 5) files etc. I can't afford to do a full reset. It is a nightmare

I also have this problem. it seems to link to my bluetooth headset. even when the headset is switched off on the phone, often I can only answer a phone call by switching-on bluetooth and then switching off. by the time I have done this the caller has gone.
I spoke to HTC Europe who maintain SPVs for orange and they appeared to find this a strange fault.
I have now returned the phone to HTC for repair.
HTC advised I perform a hard re-set which I did. this did not solve the problem.

I too had the same problem, spoke to Orange and they sent me a new phone today, i'll give it a good testing to see if the fault is still there. one thing i have noticed though is my screen is very blue, any ideas?

I have the same fault. Once or twice a day the phone siezes up or i gat a call, answer (the call timer starts ticking) and I can't hear anything. it is the exact same in reverse. V annoying and orange will gladly replace it and charge me £15 admin charge (on top of the insurance I pay them monthly) for the privelege!

Hi
I bought spv m2000 last week, since then i had similar problems like you guys faced (calling someone, but i cant hear any ringing sound from my end), screen keyboard (not qwerty) backspace sometimes not working, call/end button not responding sometimes. Sent the phone back and waiting for the replacement.
Were these problems are common in this device or is it my bad luck?

Hi,
I am also getting this problem. Looks like we need to keep ours eyes open for a patch. If anyone finds one - can they post it here and let everyone know?

Hi

I had the same problem. Go to this page:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...e=BlueangelFAQ

go to Device Problems 1
Download the file
Put it into your SPV M2000 and run it.
Sorted.
