Problem sync'ing Outlook appointments to M2000

Hi,

Having taken delivery of my new M2000 I am experiencing problems with syncronizing appointments. It works fine when adding the appointment to the phone and syncronizing to Outlook, however, when adding an appointment to Outlook it syncronizes to the M2000 + 1hour.

Forgive me if i'm missing something blatently simple, any assistance is most appreciated.

Must go, i'm 1 hour late for a meeting!

Do you have the same regional settings on your PDA and your PC? Don't know if it's the cause but it's all I can think of.
