Orange SPV M2000 No alarms or reminders

Hi,

My SPV M2000 has just stopped reminding me about any new items I put in to the calendar and the 3 alarms I've set have stopped ringing. Old reminders (ones that have been snoozed for a few days or weeks) still beep out quite happily! Any ideas how to solve this conundrum? I'm using the outlook software supplied with the phone.
