Unhappy dead m700

Hallo everyone, I'm a new guy here. Just bought SPV m700. It was meant to be unlocked but simlock was there. The seller provided me with automatic unlocker but something went wrong and all I've got now is tri-colour screen (red/green/blue). I cannot even turn the device on or off, Active Sync does not see it, soft and hard resets don't work - still the same result. All it says is TRIN100 IPL-0.50 TRIN100 SPL-1.07.0000 and if I plug the USB in - it says USB at the bottom of the screen. Or 'serial' if it is unplugged.
Can you guys help out?

Edit: I've just found an information that by holding a record key and then starting the device, I would be able to clear everything (with auction key held down while booting). Well... Did not work.

Only Orange can provide the unlock code.

The unlocker used has screwed your device, and needs to go back to Orange to be fixed. I'd complain to ebay and get your cash back for the idem being missold as locked.

Hmmm... That is what I didn't want to hear... I'm still waiting for the seller to get back to me with a solution. I will let him prove his reputation before I go any further.

I think what's happened was that there was some kind of connection failure (or software problem) during installing the new ROM, resulting in it not being installed at all... Or partially... So there is no way to tease the original ROM from the depths of the SPV? Yes, I'm not best in computers But I try hard to learn!

Once you start a ROM update, you loose the old version, whether it completes or not.

If it's crashed, then usually you can't. It must be repaired.
