Spv3100 Sync To Mac

Ive bought a Macbook and was wondering if there was a way of synching to SPV 3100???

I dont think there is the SPV is win mobile 5 so it will need activesync to run.

Unless you can get software that lets you run windows programs on a mac it wont sync.

Sorry mate I'm pretty sure you can get software like that but I don't the names of anything. Dont know much about Macs.
