Default Absolute Beginner :-(

Yesterday my employer took my old Palm 105 and replaced it with a M2000. They have sorted out the synching with my work desktop so I am 'operational' BUT there is so much more to the 2000 and I havent a clue where to start.

I find the user manual is a master-class in marketing but too short on detail. The help notes on the PPC (is that a new word for PDA?) are good but too small for my aging eyes, besides I cannot follow the notes in one window while trying to amend the settings in another.....doh!

My particular goal is to allow the M2000 to access my wireless networks at Home and at the Office so that I can get on the internet.

So my first question for a forum hero is.......

Are these PPC-based Help notes (wizards?) available on-line, so I can get a print out?

To my surprise when I arrived home last night, the 2000 found my home network, I typed in BTYahoo in the ISP box I was offered, entered my email and password when prompted and lo and behold , it downloaded my web mail.

This morning when I press send/recieve, it tells me I need to create a new connection......doh! (again!)

when I follow the guide I am faced with choices like GPS, GPRS, Cellular, Hayes Com 1 , not to mention VPN?....but nothing that looks like wireless....

So my second question for a forum hero is.......

where is the best place to look for a glossary that a 'normal' person might comprehend?
