E2 re-sync problem after hard reset

E2 re-sync problem after hard reset

Hi,

I've done a hard reset on my E2. I now want to restore the back up from my PC but it keeps on trying to re-install all the 3rd party software I had on it when I sync, and I don't want it to.
Is there any way to stop it doing this?
