Remove contact from bluetooth list

Can anyone please let me know how I can remove a contact from my list of contacts within Bluetooth on a Palm Tungsten TE2. Although I have cleared my contacts when I go to send an image for example and have to select who to send it to I still have some old contacts. This ordinarily would not be a problem but the contact that appears at the top of this list is now deceased and I would like to be able to remove it for good. Any help would be very grateful
