palm vx

I have a PalmVx and always worked very well, a few months it didn´t perform any query during the month of October, locking the computer.
Today, October 1, both on the desktop, as the notebook stopped working which seems to indicate a bug in the program, so I am without access to my addressbook and calendar.
Already reinstalled the program but didn´t work
Please someone can help me.
