Tungsten T3

Have a Tungsten T3 and am syncing with MS Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP Pro machine. Am able to sync fine, however, after each sync the palm insists on being reset (you must tape the OK button to reset). When the Palm comes back up, I have to reset the Region and Time (every time).

Any ideas?

I can't find anything on this problem. I'm aware you need to reset sometimes but it shouldn't lose the time & date...unless it was a firmware update you had installed. Speak to Palm support for advice.

Have you installed the Outlook Conduit update from the Palm website? It says it is for Outlook 2003, but the problem I had with 2003 is exactly the same as you have with 2002. The update fixed it.
