Transferring Data from Beyond Contacts to Palm software - Palm T3

Hi,

I've got a T3, and have been trying to transfer all my data (e.g. contact names, appointments etc) from this program I got called Beyond Contacts. I've tried exporting the information to a file (the data is stored in Microsoft Outlook on my PC), but wasn't unable to do so. I have not added a memory card to my Palm, and was wondering if it could be that the T3 might be unstable as memory space decreases. I did not get this error message at the beginning while I was using the program (I've been using for about 5 months). I've got about 40mb left. I am new user to using a PDA, would appreciate some help. Any ideas?

The reason why I would like to transfer the information is because I have been getting "fatal error" messages recently while inputting information into the calendar section. I think the Palm software may probably be more stable than Beyond Contacts and that is why I would like to use it instead. I do not get the error messages from inputting information into other sections of the program (e.g. for contacts & task lists).
