Unlock Code

I have recently purchased a Palm Tungsten 'T' PDA with Kane Navigation installed.
Due to a reset, the navigation software requires an unlock code.
I have asked the original owner but he was unable to help and KaneGear have advised that as I am not the original licensee they cannot help.
I have offerred to buy an updated version but Kanegear again said they could not help.

Does anyone know how I can obtain a code or updated software please.

I am having a similar problem. I need to re-register but don't have the codes. I have tryed to log on to the web site but it tells me I am forbidden from my server. How did you contact them? Do you have their phone number?

If you need a code then you will have to purchase the software. The licence for the Kane software is not tranferrable and to be honest the seller should have made you aware of this before you bought it.

I thought I might be able to help! It appears as if Kanegear no longer exists or at least their site is gone. ??? Hopefully so, not for you guys but at least no one else will have to up with a company that has no reguard for customers or potential customers.
