Angry Tungsten T3 Tomtom Bluetooth Fatal Alert

Have just purchased Tomtom bluetooth navigator for my T3. first journey was perfect and it worked a treat. When I came to return home the Palm locks up giving a "Fatal Alert - DataMgr.c,Line 9529,Index out of range" message when trying to start the navigator.
Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this?

Welcome to our forums.
Someone posted this before but I forget how they sorted it. Have a word with TomTom on 0845 161 0009.

I had this error last year when I went to France,I had just driven out of Eurotunnel in France and BANG Fatal error. Nothing for the whole week long trip.I had to reload the whole install when I returned.

I eventually solved problems by upgrading to v4.400. Downloading it from TOMTOM. This appears to have solved problems.
Only problem now is how to stop the software running on palm, and stop it draining the battery.
Ideas anyone?
