Category organiser for Palm OS 5.2.1

Hi, just arrived so apologies if this is old code.

I can not find how to organise categories across Palm applications. I have been searching Palm software sites but entering “category” returns nothing of use.

Basically I organise a lot of events so I would like to be able to set a category in say Address app called “birthday” then set the same category in Todo and Calendar. When I search I could then cross link all instances associated with a particular category. At the moment one category in one application does not relate to the same named category in another application which is really annoying.

When organising a fashion show it would be useful to have all pictures, addresses, to do’s, memos all collated.

I get round this at present by using a keyword and date in every entry so when I search they are all grouped together but sometimes the keyword is spelt wrong or the date has an extra slash or something.

I have Z Launcher 5.00 if that means anything and a Tungsten T3.
