Should I Upgrade? Help!

Hi all,

Ive currently got a Clie T625c and am thinking about upgrading. The PDAs Ive been looking at are the TJ35 and a Tungsten E although I would like to keep to the Clie brand. I might be able to push to 200-250 pounds so there are a few other models I should consider. Any ideas or recomendations? At the mo I use Docs2Go and Beyond Contact for Office/Outlook compatabitilty which is EXTREMELY important so I need to keep that functionality whatever I choose.
