Connected but not able to surf

I have enabled my T3 and Nokia 6310i for Bluetooth. They have paired up ok and I have registered with an ISP and entered the telephone number and passwords etc into the Palm. I have also successfully dialed out, the two devices have hooked up and all seems to be going well..........but then that is it!! I open webpro and nothing happens, it just says "requesting", in the top left hand corner and never finds a web page. I have tried entering www.google.co.uk to see if this pulls up the search engine but still it remains on "requesting". What am I doing wrong and how can I start surfing?

Is there any reason who you won't / can't use GPRS to connect? I tries the ISP and it took forever when I used GPRS it was a lot lot quicker

(T3 with Motorola V600 on Orange).
