Palm T3 and Mac question

I have just bought Tom Tom Navigator software for my Palm T3 and pleased I am with it.

I am also a Apple Mac user and wondered if anyone knew of any software that is Mac compatible for adding maps / POI's etc etc. Unfortuntely Tam Tam does not support the Palm PDA

Failing that, is there anyway of getting this extra stuff (maps etc) onto the SD card using the standard Palm desktop software. I did try some POI's using the instal handhed files option but they did not install.
