tungsten 5 and tom tom problem

Hi,

I got new T5 and tom tom navigator - but i have problems of making it work.. i have spent hours...anyway

The problem is that it dos not download map to the unit - i get different messages - from fatal error on the palm to not able to synchronise them...

I am very new in this but i have followed all instructions step by step but still no luck...

anyone help please!

What TomTom version do you have?

hi, mmm i acctualy dont know , i bough it as package form Dixon - its tom tom navigator for sure but which number....4 i think... there are 4 CD with whole europe etc...

I managed to get ikon for navigator in my T5 - i may be doing mistake in whick memory i am puting the map- there are two one main mamory and one internal of 160 mb i kind off tried on bouth but no luck... geting fustrated as i spend whole day trying to make it work, so any help will be very apprichaitet,
