Sony Clie - how much memory can it take?

I have a Sony Clie PEG-NR70V

Can anyone please tell me the maximum size memory stick it can take?
What type of memory stick must it be - there seems to be MS or MS pro or MS MG????

Thank you for your help - I am completely new to this.

Looks like just standard MS which are limited to 128mb

Although it seems unclear that there might be an update to allow it to accept MS Pro
