TOMTOM upgrade to 5.12

Hi

I have a T% and TT Nav 5.0. I recently upgraded the softare from TT site to 5.12. Since then my palm turns off (when using TT). It seems to use the power settings in the Palm software and turns itself off after either 30 secs, 1 min, 2 min or 3 min depending on what setting you have it on. This only happens when the palm is not plugged into a power supply in my car.

Can anyone help?

I am having exactly the same problems, my TX + TT5 shuts down after 3mins, even if plugged in to the ciglighter, did you ever resolve this?

Go to Memo/new/write the palm shortcut dot(.)3 this will disable auto-off.
Palm shortcut = ℓ
