Beam me up scotty

I bought an acer s60 a few months ago and have been very happy with it. Very recently I`ve tried beaming diary details from that to my pda watch (also palm os), but on the beaming screen there is a padlock symbol against the diary program and indeed most of the others. Can anyone tell me how I get rid of the lock?

Have you checked the user guide? Seems like there may be a security feature enabled?
