 help with viamichelin's mapsonic
Help required. A friend has loaned me a copy of mapsonic for the palm tunsten e2 to try before I buy a gps system with maps. the maps I can download to the memory of the pda but can't successfully load these on the sd memory card (1Gb with approx 600Mb free) and retrieve the maps from the menu on the pda I keep getting an error message saying insufficient memory or a corrupt file. any ideas???. when I check the file on the sd card after removing it from the pda and viewing it via a card reader the files are there but interestingly seem to be linked to an epson fdp file extension (image framer file) what am I doing wrong as what I have seen of the map program would encourage me to buy a version for myself to use with a gps setup. the pda has 17Mb of free memory |
