question about palm tx screen surface...

question about palm tx screen surface...

I was putting on a palm brand screen protector and While blowing the screen with air can under a light i notice that the surface of the screen is rough lookin like its not clear glass lookin is this normal for these screens? It has like a ripple effect look to it....
