question about installing programs to a mem stick..

Ok I have a palm t/x and bought a 1 gig stick, now I recently install a program to the stick through palm quick install apllication like normal, hot sync it succesfully but I didnt see the program show up in my palm where all the other pgraoms go to. Any1 know why thax...
