Unhappy T3: Can anyone help????

Newbie to this site so hello first of all !!

I have an 18 month old Tungsten T3, which had been working fine.

A few weeks ago, the battery ran flat, and since then it's not worked.

Despite being fully charged, it won't turn on. Very occasionally, the start up screen comes on but then freezes.

I've tried all the advice from the palm website, but no joy. I've tried soft, warm and hard resets, to no avail. I've tried in-cradle resets but again no joy.

Anybody any ideas? Please

P.s. Very helpfully, palm have offered to repair it for £120 You can buy an E2 for £130. When I pointed this out, palm very helpfully said they'd give me 25% upgrade discount from their website. Really helpful

Welcome to our forums.
Unfortunatley it sounds like it has become faulty. If you want another Palm then I'd consider the upgrade discount they have offered.

That's what I thought, but wanted to see if anyone had any bright ideas.

I'm a bit irritated with palm- its an expensive bit of kit, and complete failure within 18 months of purchase is not on IMHO. This is the second palm I've had thats gone belly up in a short period, and I'd have to think very strongly before buying another.
