lifedrive and windows

This is my first post so hi to everyone.
I have just recieved my first pda today and I have a few questions for the clever people out there.

1) Can the lifedrive be installed with windows mobile?
2) Is there a program that will allow the palm to open .exe extention files.

Any help will be appreciated

1) No Palm OS only
2) I never come across any emulators that would do this.
