Palm Zire 72

Hey guys. What are your thoughts on the Palm Zire 72?

I saw it in the paper yesterday, and it seemed good as it had a camera and music playback options.

However, as I'm new to pdas, I don't know if it is easy to find/obtain software for it (i.e. calendars, office tools, etc.).

another thing:

The Zire 71 has similar attributes to the 72.

What are your thoughts on the 71?
My friend said the 72 is a complete revamp of the 71, but i want a second opinion.
