cannot instal palm desktop on mac

I am trying to re-install palm desktop on my G4 mac (os 10.3.9)
I have removed the palm folders from the application and document folders and filed them on the desktop
I have downloaded the installer, and run it to fresh install in the destination: applications.
After attempting to instal I get the message:
"Installation did not complete successfully. Do you wish to attempt to reinstall ......"
I have attempted twice but problem re-occurs.

Problem sorted. Sorry folks, I'm finding this all a bit tricky; I have another problem but I'll try and fix it before I ask this time.
