Beyond Contacts to Palm

Can anyone advise how to migrate or export contacts data from BC back into Palm? Palm was much simpler especially with the use of navigating buttons.

Do you mean palm desktop?

All your contacts will transfer to palm desktop when you start the program and connect the device.
