Default battery not getting charged in Tungstun T

Hai Guys,

Recently I bought Tungstun T. When it is hooked up to the power supply it works. Once you remove it does not work. I think Battery is not getting charged. Battery dead or charger not working? How to replace battery? What is the code no of battery?

When the Palm is charging in the cradle there should be a yellow bolt of lightning across the battery icon which indicates its charging. If that's not on then I guess you're battery is no good.

I dont think the T has a user replaceable battery, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Will need to go to Palm for repair/replacement if it's faulty.

I have had this on my T3. Although the green light is on in the top left of the PDA the battery didn't take any charge.

Question Vx battery failing - how to take apart?

I have Palm Vx with a similar problem - battery replacement seems the answer - but dont know how to take apart my Vx yet.
Have you tried putting the device in the freezer for 24 hrs - I have heard it sometimes revives old batteries.
