Palm TX Documents to go

Hi

I've got a Palm TX. I've used the documents to go feature in the past but I've had problems recently.

I deleted the sample documents but I don't think anything else important.

However, every time I try to enter the documents section from the main applications page, the palm turns itself off and resets.

Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it? I've tried a soft reset and it didn't work.

Hi I'm no expert, still trying to find my way around. However have you tried re-install Doc to Go. I had a couple of problems where I couldn't upload a Powerpoint presentaton and that what I did. Re-install the software to your PC - reboot - then up hotsync. Hope that helps.

This happened to me a couple of years ago and as far as I remember I had to reinstall the software. It works fine since. Check out the dataviz website for updates also.
