Unable to transfer Fugawi maps to a Tungsten T2

I have acquired a T2 and have Fugawi Series 2,version 2 maps on my PC.I have set the Palm page in Fugawi but although the Hotsync works fine it will not transfer any maps,nothing happens.I tried e-mailing Fugawi support but they haven't come back after a fortnight.I even updated my mapping program with their patch but it just dosn't work.Anyone have a solution to this problem please.
