Z22 - How do I delete all the personal info?

Z22 - How do I delete all the personal info?

Im selling my Z22 and I cant seem to find a way of deleting all the personal info/memo's etc.
The only way I know, is to delete them all one by one, but then I'm worried that there may be information stored elsewhere that I dont remember or come across!

I have pressed the reset button twice, that doesnt do the job!

Anyone know how I may be able to delete?
