3970 not working with Navman SE Jacket

Hi,

I have an iPaq 3970 running Navman SmartST with a Navman GPS jacket (with no name), and when I try and lock in the jacket the iPaq freezes up or tried to load the jacket and then freezes up.

I have taken off the software and the jacket will initialize but when you put on Navman it won't - is this the jacket or the iPaq??

I have also tried to run Tom Tom v5 on this and it will not take the jacket unless all the software is off.

Someone please help before I loose my mind!!
