Question Map loading problem

I have just purchased a Navman 4420 with SmartST V3 software for my Ipaq 2210. The software installed without any problem as did registering the maps for UK. However, when I try to transfer the maps to my SD card, I get a message stating "maps are too large to fit on memory card".

The map size I have tried to transfer is only 32.7MB (Northern England) so should easily fit on my 128MB card. I have tried reformating the card but to no avail.

Can anyone help?

Nick.
