 Battery will not recharge
I have a Navman Pin 300. I left it lying in the drawer for over three months and when I went to turn it on it had completely lost all power, this was no surprise. I connected up the charger and left it for 12 hours. It seemed strange at the time as the green light signalling fully charged came on and I was sure that normally there was a red light signalling the need to be charged but I could not remember. I turned it on and it had completely reset, again this was no surprise but when I unplugged the charger all power was lost again. I have tried charging it for 24 hours and this does not work either.
It is fully functional when it has a power source but as soon as it is disconnected it completely resets. The battery meter is showing fully charged and the green light is on, this only changes if you connect the power source and then switch it off then on at the back and then the battery meter shows charging althugh it was left like that for 24 hours and did not make a bit of difference.
