how do I download speed camera locations

hi all, now that i've finally got my pin 570 communicating with my pc, was wondering if it is possible to download speed camera locations to my pin and if so how is it done? if so is this something that can be updated; was also curious if it is possibe to download specific poi's ie mcdonalds etc, i'd previously seen this done on a friends ipaq and was suitably impressed.
