Default Help with Navman PiN 570

Hi, i just bought a the 570 and i wondered if anyone could answer this-

Using activesync, the Inbox wont syncronize. I get the message 'requires attention' when i click on resolve issues it tells me the unplug then replug the usb connector. This doesent work. What else could it be? As i sync my contacts or anything.

Thanks in advance.

Ross.

First does your computer see you plug the Navman into the USB.
If not - you need to resolve that first - are you using the power connector - is the USB fully functional, don't use a Hub - go direct to the computer.
Assuming that the Computer sees the USB device - then you had the same problem as me.
Remove and reinstall active sync - power up with the Navman connected - does it work now.
